FRANCESCA FOELBER — DIRECTOR OF FAMILY MINISTRY
Francesca Foelber has been a member of Faith Lutheran Church for over a decade. Francesca serves as the Director of Family Ministry. She supports families in different seasons of life and finds resources/materials to assist Christian education at home. Additionally, she provides counsel to Sunday School classes and assists in planning events for the congregation and community. She has a heart for helping kids and families grow in their knowledge and love of God!
She is a graduate of Towson University with degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education and has a Masters of Education from McDaniel College. Francesca was an Elementary Special Education teacher for 9 years in the Maryland school systems and was a stay-at-home mom for 8 years. She continues to support families in Frederick County as a part-time Home and Hospital teacher.
Francesca and her husband, Paul, currently live in Frederick with their two young daughters, Faith and Gloria. As a family, the Foelbers enjoy camping, fishing, and playing card games. Francesca also enjoys reading, needlepoint, and being crafty.
